Palo Santo — meaning 'Holy Wood' in Spanish — has been used for centuries in South American spiritual traditions to cleanse spaces, clear energy, and invite in peace and clarity. When burned, it releases a warm, woody, slightly sweet aroma that instantly shifts the energy of any room.To use: light the end of your Palo Santo stick, let it catch flame for about 30 seconds, then gently blow it out. Allow the smoke to drift through your space, setting an intention as you move. A window cracked open allows the released energy to leave. Your stick will naturally extinguish itself and can be relit many times.
