Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 ship free within the United States and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Do you accept returns?
All Re.Spirit sales are final. Because every piece is handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase — and if you have any questions about a product, reach out to us before you buy and we will be happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info.re.spirit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.

I'm new to crystals — where do I start?
Start with whatever calls to you. Every product listing at Re.Spirit includes a plain-language description of the crystal's properties and energy — no prior knowledge needed. If you are truly unsure, Clear Quartz and Amethyst are the most versatile stones in the collection and a great entry point for any beginner.
Do I have to believe in crystal energy to shop here?
Absolutely not. You are welcome here whether you are deeply spiritual, mildly curious, or simply love beautiful things. There is no wrong reason to own a crystal at Re.Spirit — no bad vibes, no judgment, ever.
How do I care for my crystal jewelry?
Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and oils by putting your jewelry on last. To clean, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and other pieces to prevent scratching.
How do I cleanse my crystals?
The most common methods are moonlight (leave your crystal on a windowsill overnight during a full moon), sound (a singing bowl or gentle clapping near the stone), or smoke (Palo Santo or sage). Avoid water for raw or layered stones. Check out our Lifestyle collection for more cleaning tools!
Are the crystals in the Charm Bar real?
Yes — all crystals in the Re.Spirit collection are natural stones. Some crystals like Aura crystals like Tangerine Aura and Aqua Aura are natural Clear Quartz that have been treated with a mineral vapor bonding process, which is what gives them their iridescent color. This is a widely accepted enhancement in the crystal community and does not diminish the stone. Every stone will have their description and information on the stones and properties. All of our crystals are source form trusted suppliers.

How does the Charm Bar work?
The Charm Bar is a mix-and-match necklace system. You choose a chain and then choose one or more crystal pendants to pair with it. Each pendant is sold separately so you can build your collection over time and switch your crystal whenever your intention shifts.
Are the pendants really handmade?
Yes — every pendant in the Charm Bar is individually hand wire wrapped. Each crystal point is secured by hand using wire coiled carefully around the stone, creating a setting that holds it without hiding it. No molds, no machines, no two pieces exactly alike. We also include some designer charms to add to your crystals!
Do all pendants fit all chains?
Yes — all Re.Spirit Charm Bar pendants are designed to pair with any chain in the collection. Mix and match freely. Our other ready to wear Necklaces are not to be used with the charm bar collection as they are made specifically for those necklaces.
